I'm writing this review about logitech because I bought a G502 mouse A while back now and was having trouble with software from logitech I tried everything and eventually I did get some functionality out of their software but not much so I tried their customer service it really sucks nobody has gotten back to me no one has emailed me despite what they have said I have never gotten any replies or emails from them and their phone service is not working due to COVID-19 this is the worst customer service I have ever seen I would not recommend buying any products from logitech even though some of their products may look nice their customer service and support really sucks the only reason I'm even given this a one star is because I can't write the review unless I give it some sort of rating but to be honest it does not even deserve one star
I ordered a webcam direct from Logitech. Supposedly dispatched via UPS. It has never arrived. I've found it impossible to contact anyone at Logitech about this. Eventually I have found a way of lodging a lost parcel claim with UPS (though that is a difficult process in itself.)
A real shame as I've had their products before and they are good.

My son ordered a gaming headset from my card by accident. I called 12 hours after the purchase to ask for a cancellation. They then told me that it may be hard to cancel because it might have been shipped. I assured them it hasn’t been, as the order is very recent and on the tracking it was not shipped. They told me they will try their best to cancel it, but if it’s shipped they can’t guarantee it. They then told me at the end of the call that I’ll receive an email straight away about the cancellation and also some sort of survey about how the call was. I received nothing. Sure enough next day, I have now received the news that it has been shipped against my will, meaning they blatantly ignored my request UNTIL it shipped out, just so I couldn’t cancel my order.
They discontinued this headset for no reason, it still clearly is the best they've ever released. Expensive at the time, but a good purchase.
Just the worst customer service, how do you not have stocking information on your own product?! The messages I received were massive copy paste paragraphs, have you ever seen so much guff:
"If you are wondering when a product that is currently out of stock will be back in stock, unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact dates that a product may be replenished on our website for purchase. We typically update these throughout the week, but for your best chance we recommend that you check the sales page for the product you are hoping to order on Sunday evenings as that is typically when we make our largest updates to inventory."
Support is sending me in circles.
Wanted to get a simple issue with my mouse fixed - when I set a key on my mouse to act as a media play/pause button, it presses G in games and only games.
Support told me to check a third party website to see if double clicking worked (not the problem at all) and claimed that they take no responsibility for what happens if anything goes wrong (despite encouraging you to go there), they have repeated things for me to do that I have already answered (try the mouse with software closed or try a different button, which I did first and then they asked me to do it again? Why???) they're also seemingly trying to avoid solving my problem by telling me to do irrelevant things (I.E. the double click test)
Support also takes quite a while to respond.
Awful customer service surrounding an item their chosen courier lost. Nearly two months to be told the item lost and refund in 3-weeks?! Cold, careless communications, copied and pasted over and over with no genuine desire to resolve the issue.
Avoid.
I will open a case with paypal about this!
I ordered this, originally it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 19th February 2021 - Unfortunately I was not home, so the delivery was re-arranged by ups/ Logitech for Tuesday 23rd February 2021 as seen in the email I received from them.
So I arranged to be off work on Tuesday 23rd for this (which is tomorrow)
Whilst at work today I noticed I had received an email stating that my parcel has been delivered and left at "mailbox" (as in picture of email) this is not possible as the item is a keyboard which does not fit in the mailbox, also, the delivery stated that it required a signature!
I just got home about 30-45 minutes ago and called Logitech support, to which the lady on the phone was extremely rude (calls are recorded according to Logitech which you should be able to pull it up and listen in to the rude lady on the phone) She started getting aggressive to me because I asked for her to contact UPS about my delivery, as I paid Logitech for this keyboard and not UPS - She then started to get angry and be very rude to me, was telling me that she doesn't care and that I should go do whatever.
I told her that she was being very rude and that I was going to raise a complaint about this, she replied with anger "You know what, I don't care" and she hung up on me.
I will be raising a separate complaint about this with Logitech now.
have been waiting for my order to be dispatched however still on the process after a month even though it was advertised to be dispatched after 7 days
Do not bother ordering from Logitech direct.
Item never received, impossible to get through to anyone with any intelligence to resolve or sort a refund.
Their products work incredibly good! After i used for half a year a logitech mouse i could never go back to cheaper. Ordinary brands.
All their products I own are working very good even after these years. The second is their customer service. When I had my mouse broken - the guys just replaced it with the new one of the newer generation (with a photo proving i completely destroyed the old one, which is also fun).
Never could get camera to work right. Even after they grudgingly sent a replacement. It would work for a little while and stop. I kept trying to get it to work and gave up on it. I just remembered it is still up, so took it down and threw it in the trash. Worthless, worthless product.
I have opened a case for support on my Logitech G910 Orion spectrum 16 days ago and haven't got any type of support I love their products but the online case support is not how I expected a big company like Logitech to work. Haven't been able to work from home as the keyboard has stopped working and need support ASAP.
